Why didn't they ask Evans? by Agatha Christie

Agatha Christie is undoubtedly well known as one of the best writer in mystery-crime genre. Apart from her Poirot case series, this book is one of her stand alone work that able to captivate the readers through the mystery. The story begin with a simple question, "why didn't they ask Evans?", follows with the unraveling of several events and mysteries that occur around the death person. The story is complicated by its own but the plot expansion is quite nice where the readers can follow the overall story on what's going on. The full explanation is given at the end of the story which remarks the conclusion of the mystery. The best thing is that, in almost Agatha Christie's works that I have read, there are always a union of two souls that give some romantic feeling even though the story is all about mystery. Nevertheless, this book is worth a read if you like detective kind plot story and you may also look into other books written by Agatha Christie.
